Here is a new post, the first of what I hope will be on-going and fun filled. I'm calling it
Tidbit Tuesday. You can catch it here or via email from the
Terra Nova Gallery opt-in email list. Today's Tidbit Tuesday features a work from the current exhibit
Robert McKay: Indoors & Outdoors at
Terra Nova Gallery.
Enjoy

The interior in
Carnation is a room on the second floor of my great-grandfather's home built around 1870. It is the David McKay home, birthplace of David O. McKay, historically registered in Huntsville, Utah.
The one-armed chair depicted was a gift from my grandfather to my grandmother. He bought it for her because he thought that she loved it and she kept it because she thought that he loved it. Years later, it was discovered that they both disliked it.
